2. Data we process
- Registration data: first name, last name, phone number, email address.
- Consent records: acceptance of this policy, optional marketing consent, cookie choice, and the time of each.
- Campaign attribution: the parameters in the link you arrived through (
o,gclid,gbraid,wbraid,utm_*and similar), the page address, and the discount code and reference assigned to your registration. - Technical data: data your browser sends with each request, such as IP address and user agent, in server logs.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Giving you access to the free course — performance of an agreement at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Assigning and honouring your discount code — performance of that same agreement.
- Contacting you by phone or email to help you start — legitimate interest in delivering what you asked for (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can object at any time.
- Optional educational mailings — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), withdrawable at any time.
- Measurement and advertising cookies — your consent, given through the cookie banner.
- Security and abuse prevention — legitimate interest.
4. Retention
- Registration and course access data: for as long as your account exists, and up to 24 months after your last activity.
- Discount code and its status: for as long as the code can still be used, plus the statutory administration period once it has been.
- Consent records: 5 years, as evidence that consent was given.
- Server logs: up to 12 months.
5. Recipients and processors
Hosting and email delivery providers acting on our instructions, and — only after you accept advertising or analytics cookies — Google Ireland Limited for measurement and campaign attribution. We do not sell personal data and we do not pass your phone number to advertisers. Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
6. Your rights
You may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. You may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing that already took place. Write to [email protected]; we answer within one month.
If you are not satisfied, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch supervisory authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl), or with the authority of your place of residence.
7. Automated decisions
We do not make decisions about you by purely automated means and we do not profile you in a way that produces legal effects.
8. Security
Access to registration data is restricted to the people who handle it, transport is encrypted, and the form is protected against automated submissions.
9. Personalised text from advertising links
If you arrive from an advertisement, the address of the page may contain a parameter such as ?o= with the search term that matched the ad. The site displays that term back to you as context, in a single line, so you can tell whether you landed on the right page.
This display is cosmetic. It does not change the content of the course, the price, the discount or any condition on this site, and the same 50% discount applies whether or not that parameter is present. The value is filtered to letters, digits and simple separators, shortened, and inserted as text only. It is stored for the current browser tab and sent with your registration so that the request can be attributed to the correct campaign.

If this policy changes materially, the new version is published here with a new date before it takes effect.
