2. Purpose
Red Actiondemain offers introductory education about financial markets. Use of this site means you accept these terms.
3. Access and registration
The three introductory lessons are free. Registration requires accurate details and an email address you control. We may suspend access in case of abuse, automated registration or attempts to resell the material.
4. The 50% discount
Everyone who registers for the free course receives a discount code for the paid full programme. The conditions below are the complete conditions; there are no others.
- Value: 50% off the standard price of the full programme.
- Code:
Red Actiondemain50, shown on the home page and attached to your account when you register. - Validity: no expiry date. The code stays linked to your account.
- Use: once per person, applied to the first payment for the full programme.
- Combination: cannot be combined with another discount, voucher or campaign.
- Value in cash: none. The code cannot be exchanged, sold or transferred.
- Same for everyone: the discount does not depend on which search term, advertisement or link you arrived from.
The free course never converts into a paid plan by itself. No payment is taken and no card details are stored unless you actively purchase the full programme.
If you do purchase, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (herroepingsrecht) under Dutch and EU consumer law. For digital content delivered immediately, that right lapses only if you have expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged losing the right — you will be asked for that confirmation explicitly at checkout, not by default.
5. This is not investment advice
All content is educational. It is not investment, tax or legal advice, not a personal recommendation, and not an invitation to buy or sell any instrument. Red Actiondemain is not an AFM-licensed investment firm and does not provide investment services. Decisions you make remain yours.
6. Risk
Trading and financial instruments carry the risk of losing your capital, in some products beyond the amount deposited. Read the risk warning before applying anything you learn here.
7. Permitted use
The material is for your personal learning. Copying, reselling, republishing or using it to train commercial models is not permitted without written consent.
8. Intellectual property
Texts, structure and design belong to the operator. Stock photography and video are used under the licence stated in the project documentation.
9. Third-party links and services
Where the site links to third parties, their terms and privacy rules apply. We do not control their content and we receive no commission for naming any broker, because we name none.
10. Availability
We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates and technical incidents can interrupt access.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for financial losses resulting from decisions taken on the basis of educational content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Dutch law, including your statutory consumer rights.
12. Data protection
Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
13. Applicable law and disputes
Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands. As a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence, and you may use the European ODR platform for online dispute resolution.
14. Changes
Updated terms are published on this page with a new date. Changes never reduce a discount already attached to your account.
